Gustafson Real Estate, LLC manages over 100 properties across the island of Oahu. As a smaller management company, we have the ability to provide professional yet personal service to all our owners and tenants. Let our passion and experience for property management work for you.
Our office consists of a full-time staff including a in house attorney, dedicated to serving our client’s needs. They come from diverse backgrounds and are high-caliber professionals trained to provide professional real estate services.
Becky D. Gustafson
Property Manager/Realtor
Becky is a property manager with over 25 years of experience working in the Oahu rental market. An active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since early on, she has taken steps to further her expertise, skills, and knowledge of the common practices of the property management profession. Becky takes pride in maintaining a high level of property management excellence.
Sabrina Gustafson
In House Counsel
Born and raised in Mililani, Hawaii. Sabrina graduated from Mililani High School and continues to serve the Mililani Community as a long time member of Mililani Neighborhood Board #25. A licensed attorney and broker in Hawaii Sabrina provides legal assistance and advice to Gustafson Real Estate LLC and their clients. She handles legal matters related to the company's operations, compliance, contracts, employment, litigation, and internal investigations including Security Deposit disputes, EPA Compliance and discrimination education.
